We first approached Chasestead when we had a need for some support equipment to be manufactured to assist us on our production line in our factory. Over the last few years, some of our suppliers haven’t been delivering to the standards we require and we were keen to try someone new. In some situations we have approached Chasestead with a complete suit of drawings ready for manufacture, in other instances we have gone in asking for Chasestead to support us with the model and drawing creation. In both of these cases, they have been nothing but excellent! The customer service we have received has been outstanding and we have always been kept in the loop with any issues or updates on our projects. No change we have or question we ask is too big for them and is has been a real pleasure to work with a company that is stress and hassle free! All the parts that we have received have been of an exceptional high quality and have often exceeded our expectations! As a result Chasestead has now become an approved supplier on our company books and we will continue to contact them for all of our needs going forward. We have been really impressed with the service we have received from Chasestead and highly recommend them! We are looking forward to working more with them over the coming years
