CNC Machining and tool making offers a wide range of services with CNC Machining Centres and CNC Lathes to suit the customers’ individual requirements/requests/products.

CNC milling is a subtractive manufacturing process that uses 3-axis milling indexed milling processes to rapidly cut  metal blocks into final parts

100% in-house manufacturing eliminate downtime spent waiting for parts and safeguard with  our UK in-house machining.

Our CNC machining centres have a  machining ability of 2600mm x 1500mm x 900mm. In addition to machining and toolmaking we can also accurately machine welded assemblies to achieve your production tolerances.

Our Doosan’s Mynx-series of vertical machining centres are designed for heavy duty machining applications. The box-guideway Mynx 7500 (40) has a 12,000rpm spindle for finishing and is equipped with a 30 tool magazine.

Delcam powermill is A 3D CAM programme, enabling the highest quality CNC Milling, while also maximising cutting efficiency. In addition it provides powerful integrated visualisation and verification facilities, allowing comparison of alternative strategies prior to machining.

The high power spindles with fannuc and Heidenhain Controls give us the flexibility to produce parts up to 2600mm x 1500mm x 900mm and up to 5 tonne in weight.

These machines are ideal for producing commercial, competitive and accurately engineered products in low and high volume batches.

All of our machines are programmed off line and fibre-optically linked to the CAD/CAM programming system
